Industrias Juan F. Secco emerges as the most active developer with four separate applications. The company requests access for a 10 MW biogas thermal plant designated San Martin Norte III-D10 connecting to EDENOR’s Ara San Juan substation at 13.2 kV in Buenos Aires province, for which ENREGE has already granted authorization following expiration of the opposition period. Secco also submitted applications for a 20 MW solar installation in Esquina, Corrientes province connecting at 33 kV through provincial utility DPEC infrastructure, and a 7 MW facility in Bella Vista, Corrientes linking to DPEC’s 33 kV medium-voltage line serving TRANSNEA’s Bella Vista substation.
Additional projects include Parques Eólicos del Plata’s 81 MW wind installation requiring construction of the new Villa Mi Serranía transformer station with dual 132 kV bus systems and sectioning of TRANSBA’s existing Loma Negra-Olavarría line in Buenos Aires province. Arcor’s 6 MW Recreo I solar project in La Paz, Catamarca will connect at 33 kV through EC SAPEM acting as Additional Transport Function Provider. TECSOL’s 8.87 MW San Luis Oeste facility in Juan Martín de Pueyrredón department will link via new 33 kV line to EDESAL’s CT23 feeder, while Chamical Solar I’s 8 MW installation in La Rioja province will inject power at 33 kV into EDELAR’s Chamical substation.
All applications follow standardized regulatory procedures allowing five to ten business days for alternative project submissions or objections based on technical-economic optimization or potential system harm, with public hearings convened if substantiated common concerns arise among multiple stakeholders.
