ENBPar functions as a holding company controlling Eletronuclear, which operates Angra 1 and 2 reactors while completing Angra 3 construction, and INB, managing the uranium production chain from mining through enrichment and fuel fabrication. Nuclep provides equipment development and maintenance services for the Angra complex.
Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services separately signed technical cooperation agreements on December 17, 2024, with the Ministry of Management and Innovation to modernize the four nuclear state enterprises under the Inova program coordinated with BNDES studies. The initiative redefines business models, strategic orientation and corporate governance structures as part of broader federal state enterprise modernization.
