A private initiative named TP AI Factory is structuring a technology campus dedicated to artificial intelligence infrastructure on more than 50 hectares of industrial land in the Guarenas-Guatire corridor in Miranda state, central-northern Venezuela. The project’s defining feature is an integrated energy generation system designed to bypass dependence on the national grid, a response to Venezuela’s intermittent electricity supply. The proposal remains in pre-feasibility stages, with technical studies and permitting expected to conclude in 2026 before final investment decisions are made.
